ReconAfrica has licences to explore ~8.2 million acres encompassing Petroleum Exploration Licence 073 (PEL 073) in northeastern Namibia and Petroleum Exploration Licence 001 (PEL 001) in northwestern Botswana.
We are working with progressive governments in Namibia and Botswana under fair and competitive fiscal terms. We have an experienced technical team, a targeted capital program and have already found a working petroleum system following analysis of our first three stratigraphic wells.
